Statement of Faith

We Believe...

The Bible in the inerrant, inspired word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)

There is only one God. He exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. These three persons of the Godhead are all simultaneously existing, and all totally God. (Isaiah 43:10, Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Ephesians 4:4-6)

Mankind is inherently evil, without God's intervention, he will not seek reconciliation with Him. (Romans 3:10-11)

Christ was crucified to make atonement for sins. He died, was buried, and rose again on the third day in His physical body. He ascended into heaven in that same physical body in which He remains to this very day. (1 Peter 2:24, 1 Corinthians 15:17, John 2:19-21)

Salvation is a free gift of God to all who have faith in his Son, Jesus Christ. A person can not attain right standing before God through any work of His own. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Upon and after salvation we are called to do good works and tell others the message of Christ. (Ephesians 2:10, Matthew 28:19)

Christ is coming again as judge in power and glory. (Matthew 24:30, Hebrews 9:28)
